Bob and Vicki hosted a team from Maryland (U.S.A.) and held an evangelistic crusade at a remote village in the mountains of Costa Rica. They have hosted a number of teams from the U.S. who have gone into unreached villages to hold similar crusades and outreaches throughout Costa Rica
UVMI joined with Hearts and Hands for Jesus during COVID to help people in Limon, Costa Rica receive must-needed food and supplies.
Vicki held this “Getaway with Jesus” retreat for women in ministry in Heredia,
Costa Rica. This was a special time for women to receive, refresh and be encouraged.
In a recent trip/return to Costa Rica, Bob ministered to this congregation in a small town near Liberia

Jamaica
The Bush family and the James family have had a covenant relationship for more than 35 years. This brings back wonderful memories of an early ministry trip to Jamaica.
Bob and Vicki hosted a missions team from Living Word Fellowship in Connecticut (U.S.A.) to FCF of Clermont, Jamaica. Great fun was held by all and the Gospel went forth at this church pastored by Errol and Peggy James.
UVMI is honored and privileged to join with Pastors Errol and Peggy James as they continue to reach out to the precious people of their country of Jamaica.
FCF of Clermont, Jamaica runs a Christian “basic” school (preschool through kindergarten). This is a valuable ministry that prepares children with Biblical principles before they go on to public school. UVMI partners with FCF of Clermont to help them fulfill this vision.
Bob and Pastor Errol worked on this construction project in Rural Retreat, Jamaica during one of Bob and Vicki’s many ministry trips to Jamaica.
The congregation at FCF of St. Anne’s Bay, Jamaica have welcomed Vicki’s teaching and impartation for many years. This is one of two churches overseen by dear friends and pastors Errol and Peggy James.
